Part 1 of 3 - Preface

Client (or yourself), complains of being depressed, anxiety, and/or suicidal thoughts.

Ask this question of client, or yourself, how long have you (I), been depressed, anxious, and/or suicidal? (Pin point when depression, anxiety, and/or suicidal thoughts started; Days, weeks, or years).

Then ask, What occurred at the time this depression, anxiety and/or suicidal thoughts started? (There is always an event that was at the onset of depression, anxiety, and/or suicidal thoughts which will be outside of the client's usual scope of experiences: Rape, incest, murder, death, domestic violence, assault, etc.).

About the event, It is not necessary to have the client tell you the details of a traumatic experience! It is only important that the client, or you, knows what the event was that started the depression, anxiety, and/or suicidal thoughts. And, that they, or you, are willing to see the experience in the minds eye for this procedure.

If the client, or yourself, cannot remember, or will not look at what has taken place when the depression, anxiety, and/or suicidal thoughts first occurred, then this is a matter for a mental health professional. Please contact someone in your area immediately to discuss your options.

Part 2 of 3 - Testing the results of 4 Phase.

As 4 Phase will cause targeted amnesia it is VERY important to fill out this brief questionnaire to determine the effectiveness of 4 Phase on your trauma.

Questions:

1.  Briefly state with 3 words or less the event that occurred at the onset
of the depression, anxiety, and/or suicidal thoughts:
      ________________________________________.

2.  What has been the intensity level of the emotions attached to the
      experience in question #1:
         (1 to 10) 1 being lowest level, 10 being highest: ___________.

3.  How often does this event from question #1 cross your mind?
     Circle one:
All the time   Hourly   Daily   Weekly  Other: ______

Do not answer the following questions at this time. Just right them down for when you evaluate the results in one week.

1.   Since taking the 4 Phase procedure one week ago how often has
the experience you worked on in question #1 crossed your mind?
       ___________________.

2.   What now is your emotional intensity when you think about the
experience you worked on in question #1 above?
         (1-10) _________.

Now, place these questions in a sealed envelope with the date on the outside of one week from today.

The 4 Phase procedure is addressing the cause of depression, anxiety, P.T.S.D. and/or suicidal thoughts. 4 Phase is FREE, without STIGMA.

Part 3 of 3 - 4 Phase

Albert Einstein said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge!"

Knowledge is limited to what we know and the Imagination is unlimited!

Do it yourself...

This is 4 Phase The targeted event has three components (sensory memories: sight, sound, taste, smell, feel), the emotions attached to it the experience and the intensity level.  While using the imagination (fantasy), change the facts in the events in the targeted experience, one at a time. This will release the bonding (intensity), between facts and the attached emotions to the experience.

If you have experienced multiple trauma's (conditioning; over the period of a day, days and/or years), then you must single out each trauma (trauma's are recorded in no more than 15 minute bursts).

Again, client and/or self, close eyes, and see an event take place in the mind's eye four times, from start to finish, with each concurrent viewing add one new fact each time using a different sensory input about the event using the imagination.

Examples of sensory input changes:

Feel: If it was sunny and hot, change it raining and cold.
See: If there were other people present change their facial features: man to woman, or you could change the head on someone to look like Bugs Bunny's.
Sound: Change the tone of the voices from high pitch to low, or fast to slow, or in reverse, and/or a woman's voice to that of a man's.
Taste: Eating at the time? Change the food to something you like to eat, or something you don't like to eat.
Smell: Not a pleasant smell at the time? Imagine a pleasant smell.

Use your imagination to create your own scenarios, have fun, and play with this procedure.

The condensed version of 4 Phase: Change 4 facts about any targeted 15 minute event, using your imagination, that is causing intense emotional suffering, concurrently, either by what you saw, smelled, tasted, felt, or heard.

It is only necessary to change 4 aspects of the event you're working on for the desired effect, removing the cause of depression, anxiety, and/or suicidal thoughts.

Now that you have experienced relief from why you came to this website please give one dollar to support the work we do, so that when others are in need we will be there for them just like we were for you.  Everyone can give one dollar and if everyone that visits this web site does, we would never be in need of any other donations.

Remember, we do not believe that depression is a disease!
We do believe that suicide is 100% preventable.
Depression, anxiety, P.T.S.D. and/or suicidal thoughts are a result, symptom of having experienced an emotionally compromising event.

'4 Phase' released on September 10th, 2014, prior to its intended release sometime in 2017.  But, after the tragic loss of actor Robin Williams it was decided to be released early to prevent similar tragedies.
